Pat Crofts
CEO

Pat has over four decades in management, consulting, and ownership in the gaming and hospitality industry. Pat is a graduate of Weber State University and has held executive positions at Navegante Group, American Heritage, Inc., International Game Technology/CMS International, Summit Casinos, Inc., and Harvey’s Casino Resorts and Harrah’s Entertainment (now Caesars Entertainment). He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Oklahoma Chapter of the American Red Cross and has been named to Tulsa World’s People to Watch, Oklahoma Magazine’s Oklahomans of the Year, and Native Business Magazine’s Top 30 CEOs in Indian Country.

Andy Langston
COO

Andy has 24 years of experience in gaming and finance, and has held executive positions in gaming companies with tribal operations. Andy is not only an experienced gaming executive but also has a strong background in corporate banking lending giving him a leading edge on negotiating finance transactions. Andy is a citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern State University and a Master of Business Administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University. He has been named among the 40 Under 40 business leaders in Oklahoma and was a recipient of the NCAIED 40 Under 40 Native American emerging leaders award.

Dayna Soule
CFO

Dayna has 30 years of diverse experience in accounting, she has a proven track record of success in her roles with Mazzio’s Corporation, Adams Mark Hotel, the Williams Companies, and most recently with Muscogee Nation Gaming Enterprises. Dayna is a Muscogee (Creek) Citizen. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tulsa. She was named one of the Tulsa World’s Women to Watch in 2019

Jeff Brooks
CIO

Jeff has 25 years of IT experience. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Business Management from Oklahoma State University, Jeff is also certified through Microsoft as a Systems Engineer and Systems Administrator. He has architected and implemented a state-of-the-art private cloud environment and developed comprehensive compliance policies and procedures for the organization.

Emmanuel Bezzel
Gaming Operations

Emmanuel has 14 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry. A citizen of the Muscogee Nation, Emmanuel has served the tribe as Lead Software Compliance Officer, Manager of Higher Education, Director of Gaming, and General Manager of Resort Operations. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern State University and Master of Arts in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. He currently serves on the College of the Muscogee Nation Gaming Advisory Board and the Muscogee Nation’s Scholarship Foundation Board. Global Gaming Business Magazine has named Emmanuel as a 40 Under 40 Emerging Leader, and the Muscogee Nation Scholarship Foundation has recognized him as Employee Donor of the Year.

Joe Farney
Business Development

Joe has 40 years of experience in facilities design, operation, and management. His proficiency stems from positions as the Tulsa Technology Center District Facilities & Project Management Officer, SME Training Consultant for the U.S. Government, and Co-founder/Chief Information Officer for EMAC International. He has a bachelor’s degree in Trade and Industrial Education from Oklahoma State University. He has received the One to Watch Award from IFMA, the Impact award from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the Intelligent Building of the Year award from the International Intelligent Building Association.

Jerry Floyd
Business relations

Jerry has 32 years of experience in the gaming industry. A citizen of the Muscogee Nation, Jerry has served in the industry as Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Gaming Operations, and General Manager of three Muscogee Nation gaming facilities: Duck Creek, One Fire Casino, and River Spirit Casino Resort. He brings vast experience from his work throughout the United States and Canada, as well as holding gaming licenses for numerous tribal and state jurisdictions throughout his career. Jerry has been recognized for his effort and dedication to the success of Indian Gaming in Oklahoma as a recipient of the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association’s “Warrior Award.”

Ken Maguire
Marketing

Ken has 28 years of extensive knowledge concerning all aspects of casino marketing, including player development, special events, promotions, database, direct mail, creative media, and entertainment that stems player engagement. He served as the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing for eight properties with Cherokee Nation Entertainment. 

Travis Thompson
Compliance & Surveillance

Travis has 17 years of experience in compliance and surveillance. He is a citizen of the Muscogee Nation whose experience includes serving in multiple roles for the Nation, including Compliance Manager for the Muscogee Nation Office of Public Gaming and General Manager for three  Muscogee Nation gaming facilities: Bristow Casino, Checotah Casino, and One Fire Casino. Travis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Native American Studies with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix. Travis currently serves on the Board of Directors for American Exchange Bank. He has been named as a 40 Under 40 Emerging Leader by the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development.

Ruth Zaldivar
Human resources

Ruth Zaldivar is an accomplished HR executive with 27 years of experience in strategic management, talent strategies, change management, leadership development, and compensation management. Ruth has played a critical role in shaping HR strategy and administration, building strong talent pools, and developing customer-centric leadership teams through her work in tribal gaming, banking and oil & gas. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from Northeastern State University. Ruth is also certified in various professional programs, including SPHR, SHRM-SCP, THRP, and Workplace Mental Health Ally Certification. Ruth has been a featured speaker for several industry events, including NNAHRA, HR in Indian Country, and DisruptHR Tulsa.
